📦 Marraccii.com Return Policy

This Return Policy ("Policy") applies to customers ("you") located in the United States and Canada who have purchased Marraccii products through our official online store at www.marraccii.com.

You may return eligible items for an exchange or refund in accordance with the following terms:

🛍️ Return Eligibility

  • Only items purchased directly from Marraccii.com are eligible for return.

  • Items must be returned in like-new, resalable condition within 15 days of delivery (as recorded by FedEx, DHL, or Canada Post tracking).

  • Items returned after 15 days will be refused and sent back to the sender, and no refund will be issued.

  • Items must have the original security tag attached to be accepted for return.

  • All protective materials and accessories must be included, such as:

    • Temple sleeves

    • Tags

    • Cases

    • Cleaning cloths

    • Boxes

    • Booklets

    • Lens cleaner spray

🔄 Return Process

  1. Request an RMA Number:
    Email us at support@marraccii.com to request a Marraccii Return Authorization Number (RMA#) and a prepaid return label.

  2. Packaging Requirements:

    • Use the original outer shipping carton and foam packing whenever possible.

    • If unavailable, use a strong carton and protective foam of comparable quality suitable for fragile shipments.

    • Clearly print your Marraccii RMA# on the outside of the return package.

    • Include a photocopy of your Marraccii.com invoice inside the package.

  3. Shipping:

    • Ship returns via FedEx, DHL, or Canada Post only.

    • Keep a record of your tracking number for reference.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • For returns involving non-stock lenses (custom-tinted, etc.), a $35.00 lens replacement fee will be deducted from your refund.

🚫 Important Notes

  • Returns without a valid RMA# will not be accepted.

  • Non-conforming returns will be returned to sender with a $25 return shipping charge.
